Located in the middle of the village.

Blue masonry, exposed clay-tile roofing, exposed-brick columns, and a veranda running the entire length of the front, featuring the same design as the houses built in Arpoador for decades.

There are two suites: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It sleeps four people. The living room and open-plan kitchen share the same space, featuring a granite counter, stove, refrigerator, and utensils, so you can cook the fish that arrives in the morning.

The veranda is the main living area. Hammocks are strung between brick columns, alongside a wooden table and chairs, with the open yard right out front. It is where the breeze flows in all afternoon and where the day comes to an end.

No air conditioning. Fans in the bedrooms, high ceilings open to the underside of the roof, and the easterly breeze—which never fails between July and January. That’s how you sleep here.
